Welcome to the Daoist Traditions College Acupuncture Clinic!
We greatly appreciate your support and involvement in this important phase of our students’ training. Our Clinical Interns, supervised by experienced Licensed Acupuncturists, provide top quality care at a low cost. We are fortunate to have a faculty of dedicated Chinese Medicine practitioners who have a wealth of clinical experience to share with our Clinical Interns. We look forward to providing you with an excellent health care experience.
Appointments:
Your Clinical Intern may be working with a partner and it is possible that your session may be observed by a student completing required Clinical Observation hours. There will not be more than two Interns and one observer present during a given session. Interns are closely supervised by experienced licensed practitioners. Please be aware that because the clinic is an educational facility you may be asked to see an Intern other than the one you originally scheduled with.
Please make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment and to be on time. The clinic provides an extremely important learning experience for our students. Interns cannot receive credit if they are unable to treat a patient. If you need to cancel an appointment please call the clinic at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
New Patients:
You may download your New Patient Forms and bring them to your first appointment or arrive 20-30 minutes early to complete them.
Treatment Fees:
Adults: $30.00 per treatment
Children: (under age 18) $20.00 per treatment
Students: $20.00 per treatment with Student Identification
Prices for herbs will vary.
Payment is required at the time of treatment by check or in cash.
Daoist Traditions students receive discounted treatments.
Please remember:
- Be on time for your appointments.
- Wear loose fitting clothing.
- Eat a light meal before treatment.
- Bring a list of any medications or supplements you are taking.
- Do not wear perfumes, as some of our patients are sensitive.
- Allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
